Why can't I do this myself?

 

You can. However, doing it yourself means dedicating resources (staff time) with intimate knowledge of carriers and pouring over 100's of pages of bills each month looking for errors and opportunities to save money. It's a constantly changing environment - employees come and go staff is added or decreased, plans, services and equipment are constantly changing. We are experts in understanding the complexities of a wireless program. It's what we do all day every day.

 

Do I need to change my carrier, equipment or services?

         

        There is no need to change carriers, equipment or services to save money unless there is a specific business requirement to change. We help you by making sure that the equipment, services and plan you have chosen are optimized for your business.

         

        How much do you charge?

         

        We charge a fee based on what you actually save after you have documented the savings and the money is in your bank account. This means that doing business with us is risk free. Our incentive is to save you money. If we don't save you money you don't pay us. It's that simple. Call us for details.

         

      How do I know that you can save us money?

       

      We will provide you with a free analysis of your current situation. By providing us access or copies to your last 3 months of cellular bills we can establish a benchmark cost for each user. If we don't think we can help you we will let you know. However, in most cases we can save from 30 to 50 percent off your average cost per user.

       

      How much of my staff time is needed to work with you?

       

      Almost none. We do all the work for you and provide you simple to understand monthly reporting that makes working with us easy. We provide you with a dedicated Project Manager who will help you with all aspects of your wireless program including:

       

    Obtaining credit for past mistakes and errors

    Identifying, removing or reallocating unused cellular units

    Acquiring new and upgraded cellular equipment and accessories

    Reviewing and priming your wireless rate plans monthly

    Negotiating or renegotiating cellular contracts as needed

    Identifying overuse of cellular services by your staff

     


    Why not go directly to my wireless carrier for help?

     

    This is a common question. The answer, though obvious to those in the wireless industry, is not easily seen by the consumer. The fact is that all carriers stress Average Revenue per Unit (ARPU). An important factor employed when measuring the success of any carrier is ARPU. ARPU contributes to the stock value of all carriers. A carriers profit is directly influenced by ARPU. Rhetorically, why would any carrier recommend any changes that would reduce its ARPU and be detrimental to the carriers best interest?
